How Welldesk works

Coach

An accredited Welldesk Coach runs one-on-one sessions, alongside an assessment exercise to gain an in-depth understanding of their unique requirements.

Plan

The Welldesk Coach creates a detailed Wellbeing Plan, containing effective actions to address key challenges. You approve the plan.

Welldesk

Welldesk team help to facilitate and increase accountability of the actions through to completion, including multiple follow-up sessions to ensure ongoing alignment.

Reporting

Get deep insights from anonymized data on employee wellbeing. Key metrics identify productivity gains and how to be an employer of choice.
